Are IT service deposits refundable?
Initial deposits for project initiation are generally non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and licensing costs.
What is the timeline for a refund request?
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery or software deployment.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind mid-project?
Refunds for mid-project cancellations are calculated pro-rata based on the man-hours already spent on the solution.
Are “Aggregator” fees refundable?
Third-party subscription fees (e.g., cloud hosting) passed through SoftquoTient are subject to the original provider’s refund policy.
What happens if the solution has a technical bug?
We provide a “Fix-First” guarantee. We will attempt to resolve bugs before a refund is considered.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days via the original payment method.
Are customized software solutions refundable?
Fully customized software builds are non-refundable once the final UAT (User Acceptance Testing) is signed.
Are consultation fees refundable?
One-time consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has concluded.
